Structural Characteristics of Double-shaft Mixer

The double-axle mixer is mainly composed of casing, screw shaft assembly, driving device, piping, cover plate, chain cover and other components. The specific structure and performance characteristics are as follows:

The shell is mainly composed of sheet metal and section steel. It is welded and formed in the manufacturing plant and assembled with other parts. It is the support of the two-axle mixer. The shell is tightly sealed, and there will be no fly ash lifting and leaking.

2. The helical shaft assembly is the main component of the two-axle mixer. Its main components are left and right helical shaft, bearing seat, bearing sleeve, bearing cover, gear, sprocket, oil cup, blade and other parts.

3. Water and humidity regulating pipes are mainly composed of nozzles, nozzles and nozzles. The spray nozzle is made of stainless steel atomizing cone nozzle, which is arranged above the inner part of the mixer shell and arranged axially along the spiral axis to form a water curtain to facilitate the wetting and stirring of materials. The nozzle is simple in structure, easy to replace, stainless steel material, anti-corrosion and durable. The moisture content of wet ash can be adjusted by operating the manual regulating valve on the water supply pipeline.

The cover mainly includes the left cover, the middle cover, the right cover, the hole cover and the overhaul hole cover. Six repair holes are arranged on both sides of the two-axis mixer to facilitate the normal maintenance and repair of the operators.
