Solutions to Common Problems of Wood Crusher

After long-term use of wood flour mill, such problems may arise. Mechanical problems will affect our normal production. We need to repair the machinery.

If fatigue cracks easily occur at rivet holes, a new unused electrode can be used to repair the cracks, but the axis of the impeller should be symmetrical in the center. At the same time, the remaining welding rods at the cracks should be left there, and a new welding rod is used to repair the relative symmetrical rivet hole cracks. After welding, the remaining welding rods and the remaining welding when repairing the symmetrical rivets are completed. The strip is the same length to ensure that the weight of the welding patch is equal. If there is no crack in the symmetrical rivet hole, the welding rod should be overlayed here to offset the newly repaired welding weight at the symmetrical rivet hole crack. Welding by this symmetrical method can be used to repair cracks.

Faced with the common problem that the rivet head of impeller is worn out, we can make the rivet head return to its original normal state by pressing the hub and impeller body by welding surfacing.

Simple dynamic balancing tests of impellers are often carried out. In fact, the method is very convenient. First, the impeller should be propped up, and then it should be gently rotated by hand. If the balance is not reached, the impeller will stop at the lowest point and swing left and right. If there is a bias, spot welding can be done on the opposite impeller to increase the weight to make it balanced. The welding mark of the bias impeller can also be grinded by a corner mill to achieve balance, so that the fan can be repaired and operated normally. Very prompt, in the process of repairing the fan, can not use electric welding spot welding at will, but leave weld marks on the impeller, resulting in the balance of the fan impeller, can not achieve the purpose of repairing the wood flour machine, causing greater losses.
