Lifting Carbonization Furnaces Promotes the Reuse of Waste Organisms

Biomass reuse is a hot topic of environmental protection at present. With the rapid development of China's green economy, the reuse of waste biomass has been strongly supported by the state. The reuse of waste biomass has seized the policy opportunity to meet the turning point of development. The emergence of hoisting carbonization furnace has promoted the reuse of waste biomass by making full use of biomass again. Development has created a green barrier for resources and environment.
 
The new type of carbonization furnace is also called hoisting carbonization furnace. It is a patented equipment newly invented by charcoal machine. Lifting carbonization furnace, including furnace body, furnace cover, heating chamber and exhaust pipe, is equipped with a carbonized inner liner in the furnace body, and a cover is installed on the carbonized inner liner. The upper edge of the carbonized inner liner is fixed with a downward-folded annular flange. The downward-folded annular flange is matched and buckled with the annular seal ring fixed on the inner upper part of the furnace, and is installed on the side walls and walls of the carbonized inner liner. Lifting ears are respectively fixed on the upper cover of the carbonized inner liner and on the furnace cover. The carbonization furnace of the utility model is separated from the combustion chamber, and continuous work can be achieved by using a movable installed carbonization inner liner. A furnace body can be matched with multiple carbonization inner liners. When replacing the carbonization inner liner, there is no need for pre-heat treatment, and the cooling of the carbonization inner liner is completely separated from the furnace body, thus greatly improving the carbonization work efficiency, saving the number of equipment, saving labor and expenditure. The sealing effect is good, the overall structure is simple and novel, the operation is simple and safe, and easy to manufacture, which is very conducive to the promotion and implementation.
 
The carbonization process of hoisting carbonization furnace can be generally divided into three temperature sections:
 
1. Drying stage. From the start of ignition, the temperature of the furnace rises to 160 C. At this time, the moisture contained in the rod is evaporated mainly by the amount of external heating and the heat generated by combustion itself. The chemical composition of the mechanism rod remained almost unchanged.
 
2. The initial stage of carbonization. This stage mainly relies on the combustion of the rod itself to generate heat, so that the furnace temperature rises to 160 - 280 C. At this time, the thermal decomposition reaction of wood materials began to take place, and the composition of wood materials began to change. Among them, unstable components, such as hemicellulose decomposition into carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and a small amount of acetic acid and other substances.
 
3. Temperature in this stage of comprehensive carbonization is more than 0-650 C. In this stage, wood materials are decomposed rapidly, and a large number of liquid products such as acetic acid, methanol and wood tar are produced. In addition, flammable gases such as methane and ethylene are produced, which are burned in the furnace. Thermal decomposition and gas combustion produce a lot of heat, which makes the furnace temperature rise. Wood materials are dry distilled into carbon at high temperature.
 
In order to calcine high-temperature charcoal, besides the three stages mentioned above, we need to increase the heat so that the temperature in the furnace can continue to rise to about 800 ~1000 ~C, so that the volatile substances remaining in the charcoal can be discharged, the carbon content in the charcoal can be increased, the graphite structure of the charcoal can be increased, and the electrical conductivity of the charcoal can be enhanced.
