Working Principle of Sawdust Carburizing Furnace

Sawdust carbonization furnace adopts advanced hot-air carbonization technology, which greatly improves the carbonization rate from 80% to 99% and from 24 hours to 6 hours. It has the advantages of convenient operation, good safety, high production efficiency, saving a lot of energy and good environmental protection. It is an ideal equipment for co-production of carbon, gas, oil and fertilizer. It consists of furnace body, furnace cover, heating chamber and exhaust pipe. There are three carbonized inner liners in the furnace of the furnace body, and a cover is installed on the carbonized inner liner. The carbonization furnace and combustion chamber of the utility model are separated, and continuous work can be achieved by using a movably installed carbonized inner liner. A furnace body can be matched with multiple carbonized inner liners, and no preheating place is needed when replacing the carbonized inner liner. In principle, the cooling of the inner liner of carbonization is completely separated from the furnace body, which greatly improves the working efficiency of carbonization, saves the number of equipment, saves labor and expenditure, has good sealing effect, simple and novel overall structure, simple and safe operation, easy to manufacture, and is very conducive to popularization and implementation.
 
The working principle of sawdust carburizing furnace
Sawdust carburizing furnace takes self-produced gas furnace as heat source, uses methane gas to pass through cyclone and distribute air into burner. The outlet temperature of burner can reach 800 ~1200 ~C, and its flow velocity can reach 3~5 meters per second. The high temperature air flow generated is heated outside the combustion chamber. It should be noted that when heating, the temperature of furnace is 100 ~150 ~C, the humidity in the furnace is high, and 4~8% water is brought into the furnace when the raw material bars are fed into the kiln. The 1700kg raw material can bring in more than 100 kilograms of water, which is the enemy of carbonization. Because the raw material rod of machine-made carbon is afraid of dampness, it will be crushed into powder when dampness occurs, which seriously affects the quality of carbonization. Therefore, the dehumidification system is essential. The dehumidification time is 1-1.5 hours. When the temperature of the furnace in the carbonization chamber rises to 300 C, a large number of combustible gases will be produced in the furnace. Each kilogram of raw material is in theory. Three cubic methane gas can be produced. These gases can be used for carbonization, heating and drying. The furnace temperature can be adjusted at will. The low temperature carbon is generally over 400 C (8 hours to complete), and the high temperature carbon is above 600 C (10 hours to complete).
