Sawdust carbonization furnace burns materials through gasifier to produce flue gas. After considering wood tar fume and other impurities in the flue gas purification system, the flue gas is transmitted to the carbonization furnace for combustion. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the carbonization furnace adds materials needing carbonization, and through pipeline transmission, the material is burned in the carbonization furnace. Organic matter combustion needs to meet three points: heat, oxygen and organic matter. Machinery materials, because the carbonization furnace is almost closed space, can not meet the demand for oxygen, so that materials in the 800 degree high temperature inside the carbonization furnace, after adjusting the speed of conveying device inside the carbonization machine, will not burn into ash, will only burn into charcoal. After the flue gas from the material burned in the carbonization furnace is purified by the flue gas, it is returned to the carbonization furnace for combustion, so that the heat energy of the machine can run continuously and achieve the effect of smokeless, environmental protection and continuity. Carbon is then transported through the cooler to cool down, so that the temperature of the carbon is only 50-80 degrees. During the process of transporting the carbon after it comes out, because the carbon is fully in contact with the air, if the material density is large and thicker, although there is no open fire on the surface, there may be Mars in the core of the material, and it may also spontaneously ignite. Need to install spray equipment, the carbon out of the secondary cooling, to completely eliminate the source of fire.

From the start of ignition to the rise of furnace temperature to 160 C, the moisture content of the rod depends mainly on the external heating amount and itself.
Sawdust carbonization furnace and gas combustion produce a lot of heat, which makes the furnace temperature rise. Wood materials are dry distilled into carbon at high temperature.
In order to calcine high-temperature charcoal, besides the three stages mentioned above, we need to increase the heat so that the temperature in the furnace can continue to rise to about 800 ~1000 ~C, so that the volatile substances remaining in the charcoal can be discharged, the carbon content in the charcoal can be increased, the graphite structure of the charcoal can be increased, and the electrical conductivity of the charcoal can be enhanced.
